Hey there, lovely souls! I am your go-to wellness guide here at Bodhi Wellness Co. I am most certainly not your average wellness specialist. I tend to sprinkle a little sunshine and a dash of tranquility around from time to time.. With nearly a decade in the health & wellness sector, I have found the challenges of navigating through this rapidly changing world and how to stay vital not so easy coming. I have watched too many humans suffer from illnesses that could have been prevented and some I have dealt with from my own personal experiences.. I am forever learning new ways to be healthier, exploring natural medicines and healing modalities of all forms. We can heal our bodies through food and wholesome nourishment from the earth paired with consistent intentional breathing, this is a master plan for success in living the best life experiences we can. Come with me, I am here to guide you on your journey to a healthier and happier you!

Nutrition & learning how to grow my own food started at a young age. With my passion for cooking, flavor & feeding people, I realize a big part of me wants to heal the world, but I know I am just one person, however I can feed one mouth at a time or share a recipe to hundreds, and at least its a step in the right direction.

I’ve always had an ability to whip up recipes that make your taste buds dance with joy while nourishing your body from the inside out. I have a true sense ability to create yummy tasting meals from literally almost anything in your pantry, and starting from before I could even reach the counter in the kitchen. My knowledge about the food industry & hidden ingredients will be sure to blow you away as I share videos, tutorials and more, Let’s unravel the secrets about how these ingredients in our foods are doing us harm, Together let us do our part to protect ourselves from illness starting with what we eat!

When it comes to yoga, I prefer a Zen vibe. I can most certainly say yoga was a huge part of my saving grace for years… I found the true connection to my body through this wonderful form of art we call yoga.. I am happy to guide you through poses and flows that will leave you feeling strong, flexible, centered and sometimes even relaxed or sleepy. I offer many styles of classes, from beginner Hatha classes, to power Vinyasa flows, Yin & deep relaxation, there is something for everyone and every style. Completing nearly 300 hrs. in training alone for many styles, Allow me to guide you…Let’s think less about what yoga looks like and focus more on how we feel in our bodies..

Wisdom talks available upon Request either in person or on the phone, you choose. What is a wisdom talk you say? Well…. I believe talking through what’s troubling us in order to let things go is apart of the healing process, and that might be all we need. Just for someone to listen, no reply needed… I have taken years to open up about my emotions, bottling them down for years. I understand just how hard it can be to find the right space to express fully & without judgment. I am here to guide others going through similar road blocks of life… let’s shift our perspectives together! Anyone is open to a 60min ~ 1on1 session, in person or phone call to express and or receive feedback on whatever may surface for you on the daily… (Please note I am not licensed as a therapist, although I hold extreme privacy for what is discussed and I will not recommend medical advice to you other than natural remedies within our conscious awareness.)
